TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

Ordering proceeds via shopping basket (i.e. on-line shopping). If you have a problem (for any reason) to order this way, send your order via e-mail to blossom@tiscali.cz.


Payment
We accept only forward payment to our PayPal account (you don't need to have your own PayPal account). The amount includes the value of goods ordered + postal expenses, which depend on the volume of the order and is calculated by a programme. This programme send you a confirmation of your order (with its copy attached) and information necessary for payment: total price and our PayPal account information.


Postal fees
Postal expenses depend on the weight of the parcel and are as follows:

up to 50 g = 2 € up to 100 g = 2,50 € up to 250 g = 3,80 € up to 500 g = 5,60 € up to 1 kg = 9,40 € up to 2 kg = 12,80 € over 2 kg – price depends on destination country		up to 50 g = 2,20 € up to 100 g = 2,60 € up to 250 g = 4,30 € up to 500 g = 6,50 € up to 1 kg = 11,30 € up to 2 kg = 16,70 € over 2 kg – price depends on destination country

Shipping
We dispatch the parcel within 3 days after the payment being received. The choice of shipment is economy, and at the same time safe and fast enough – order is being sent as a priority registered letter. The delivery usually takes about 5 days (but it is just an approximate; in reality it could take a shorter or longer time).

Bonuses
For regular customers and customers ordering a larger volume of goods we have prepared bonuses in the form of 25 g packets of nice beads, not normally part of the offer.

Wholesale
To wholesalers we offer the following discounts:
Orders exceeding 200€ – 10%, orders exceeding 400€ – 15%
These discounts are valid for wholesalers only!
 

Sales return
If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason, it can be replaced with another or we will give you your money back.
